Jennifer Byrnes, MA, LPC, PMH-C
Therapy can be an intimidating experience, and it is of utmost importance to me that my clients feel safe, comfortable, and have a voice. I believe therapy is a collaboration and that the goals of the client drive the structure and approach we will take together. I utilize evidence-based practices to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, and family discord in conjunction with holistic practices (relaxation, meditation, yoga, and aromatherapy) to provide clients with the best outcomes for their individual needs.
Education & Experience
I have a Masters Degree from the University of Denver in Forensic Psychology and worked extensively in the field of forensics prior to moving into a Community Mental Health Setting. I decided to start my own private practice in 2018 and specialize in perinatal mental health and women's therapeutic concerns.
