My ideal client feels overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected - often after trauma, addiction, or a major life change. I specialize in trauma, sleep disorders, emotional dysregulation, negative self-beliefs, relationships, and addiction. I primarily use EMDR, which allows me to help clients process pain, feel grounded, and regain a sense of control.
