About Me
Welcome. I'm a compassionate and creative therapist who practices from a relational-based approach, meaning that personal growth happens best within a solid therapeutic relationship. One that is safe and “holds space” for you to work through troubling patterns. My intention is to encourage your empowerment and to determine goals through a collaborative process. I integrate a variety of techniques with evidence-based trauma-informed practices such as EMDR, Expressive Arts, and SSP (Safe and Sound Protocol). Whether struggling with trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, or other life challenges, I am passionate about creating a safe and trusted space where you can experience healing, growth, and increased resiliency. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC, a National Certified Counsellor with the National Board of Certified Counsellors in the United States, and a Licensed Mental Health Counsellor Associate in Washington State.
