About Me
Welcome! Our process is collaborative, trauma-informed, and affirming, and we'll do more than just talk about your week! With an approach rooted in the mind-body model, our sessions will address your current concerns, explore vulnerabilities from your past, and connect you with your personal values and goals. We will integrate psychodynamic therapy, for cultivating deeper self-understanding, with behavioral and emotion-focused strategies to improve motivation and coping, regulating your nervous system, and experiencing symptom relief.
My areas of expertise include helping adults (ages 18+) who are seeking therapy for: anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship concerns, stress management, support with making health behavior changes (e.g., sleep, nutrition, physical activity, substance abuse), college/graduate mental health.
