About Me

You are a valuable, unique individual with a story unlike anyone else’s. I believe you are the expert on you, and no one is beyond hope. Therapy sessions are customized to your needs. My clients report feeling “drastically” better using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic, cognitive behavioral and/or faith-based modalities with me in session. I offer a safe place for you to explore whatever it is that is keeping you stuck, so you can start a new chapter in your life--one full of hope! Clients benefit from my empathy, creative problem-solving, broad life experience, and non-judgmental approach. My personal walk with Christ and theological training allow me to offer spiritually-focused support for those who prefer that. However, I believe in the dignity of choice for each individual when it comes to matters of faith. I am a licensed professional counselor and EMDR in-training. I earned a Masters in Counseling from Lakeland College. I also have a Masters in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelors from Princeton University. ​
