I will provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, while encouraging growth and healing. I view the individual as a whole, and value exploring how significant childhood and adult experiences have shaped correlations between thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I specialize in Trauma/PTSD, life transitions, anxiety and depression. I am accepting new clients ; virtually and in person.
Education & Experience
Masters in Counseling, University of Phoenix, 2017 Masters in Fine Arts, Arizona State University, 1999 Bachelor of Fine Arts, University of Arizona, 1992 I am a Nationally Certified Counselor from the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) and a Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC). I am trained in EMDR, DBT and CBT.
