About Me

*I work exclusively with first responders, including law enforcement and fire service professionals.

I bring a direct, steady, and collaborative presence to therapy. I help clients understand how years of exposure to critical incidents shape their nervous system, impact their emotions, and influence relationships. My work centers on strengthening emotional regulation, restoring a sense of safety, and making sense of experiences that are often minimized or carried alone in public safety roles.

My practice is dedicated to serving first responders. Clients seek therapy for a range of concerns: cumulative trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, family dynamics, and unresolved experiences from earlier in life. Therapy is a place to address both the impact of the job and the broader challenges that affect your well-being.

Education & Experience

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2005, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in 2008. I went on to complete my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in 2011 and have been a licensed psychologist since 2013. My practice is dedicated exclusively to serving first responders throughout Washington State and other Psypact-participating states.
