About Me
I have overcome my own battles and knowing that there is victory over symptoms and trauma allows me to meet every person from a place of hope and perseverance. I am passionate about helping people heal and will meet someone where they are and walk the journey beside them until they can see the light and come out of the darkness. I work with a variety of different issues. It is about the individual and where they are and where they want to be.
Education & Experience
I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Masters of Science and have been providing counseling for 13 years now. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have been offering EMDR Therapy since 2013. I enjoy educating other professionals and community members so that healing can take place with more people. I also offer other interventions including bilateral hypnotherapy, hypnotherapy, forward facing trauma therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness and meditation, art therapy, reiki, and emotion code.
