About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a EMDR Certified Therapist. I have extensive experience working with trauma and mindfulness in all age groups. I use an eclectic approach with my clients and find what works best for the goals you wish to work on together. I have worked with many different backgrounds and cultures and respect and honor the differences among us. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well in agencies, clinics, schools, and private practice.
