I specialize in EMDR because I've seen what it can do for people who've tried everything else.
I'm Jennifer Lipkins, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Tampa, FL, specializing in EMDR for trauma and anxiety. I offer weekly sessions and Intensives, depending on where you are and how you want to work. I work with individuals, couples, and families ages 10 and up, in person and via telehealth throughout Florida.

Experience
With over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I've worked with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. My background in business and human resources informs how I run my practice — with clarity, intention, and respect for your time.
I am EMDR trained and offer both weekly EMDR therapy and EMDR Intensives. I also serve as a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Interns in Florida, supporting the next generation of mental health clinicians.
