About Me
My style is warm, authentic and collaborative. I pride myself on being straightforward and honest and want to help people to genuinely connect with themselves and significant others. I truly enjoy my work and have a great deal of respect for my clients’ efforts and progress. I am proud to have worked with people from a variety of cultures, backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and religious/spiritual traditions. I am passionate about EMDR and I am able to integrate EMDR with other areas of expertise such as sex therapy, relationship/attachment therapy, experiential/emotion-focused therapy and parts work.
