About Me

My counselling promise is to be there for you every step of your therapy journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Education & Experience

I have been working with children & youth for 20 years in various schools. I also work with adults and couples and incorporate EMDR in both areas. I hold a Bachelors in Fine Arts, Bachelors in Education, Masters in Counselling and a Masters in Leadership & Policy for Inclusive Education. I am a member of the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association and a member of the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists. With these governing bodies, I uphold the highest of standards and ethics. I also hold a Nova Scotia Teachers' License and work as a School Counsellor. With my education and experience, I will do my best to help you achieve your goals.
