About Me
I’m Jennifer, a culturally humble psychotherapist who practices from an anti-oppressive, HAES framework. My work centers on the unique challenges caregivers face, including healthcare professionals, pregnant individuals, those trying to conceive, and postpartum parents. I bring a mind-body approach to healing, helping each client navigate their personal journey with compassion and resilience. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with academic distinction from Northwestern University and remain committed to creating an inclusive, affirming, supportive environment for my clients.
