I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR Certified Therapist specializing in complex trauma, PTSD, dissociative disorders, and the lasting effects of childhood abuse, emotional neglect, and narcissistic abuse. My passion is helping adults move beyond survival mode, heal deeply rooted emotional wounds, and rediscover their sense of self-worth, confidence, and inner peace. I offer a compassionate, collaborative, and personalized approach that integrates EMDR with other evidence-based therapies to support meaningful, lasting change. I provide virtual therapy throughout California and Oregon.
Education & Experience
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2019. I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and EMDR Consultant-in-Training, with specialized experience treating complex trauma, PTSD, dissociative disorders, and attachment-related wounds. My clinical approach integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other trauma-informed interventions. I am licensed in both California and Oregon and am passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful, lasting healing.
