I'm a therapist based in Portland, OR. I use talk therapy and more experiential therapies like EMDR and parts work. I work primarily with trauma, and also with anxiety, depression, infertility, grief, relationship issues, feeling stuck, career stress, and life transitions.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master's degree in Applied Psychological Science from Pacific University. I completed my internship at William Temple House and have been practicing since 2018.
