Online Therapy

About Me

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), veteran, and therapist who believes therapy works best when you can show up as yourself without worrying about being judged or having to say the “right” thing. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and practical. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship concerns, with particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and military members and veterans. My goal is to help clients better understand why they feel and respond the way they do while developing tools that actually work in their everyday lives.

Education & Experience

My clinical experience includes working with adults from a wide range of backgrounds. My work has included treating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and other concerns that can interfere with daily functioning and quality of life. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, and EMDR therapy. As a veteran myself, I also bring an understanding of military culture that can be difficult to explain to someone who has never experienced it.
