Jess Cross, LCSW
About Me
I'm a psycho-dynamic therapist who focuses on the relation between the mind and the body. In session we'll work as a team to help you get at the root of what's troubling you. I’m gentle, direct, and if need be humorous ... whatever helps us to gain new insights! I use a number of different methods and modalities. You're complex! Your treatment should reflect that. Sessions will be dynamic: EMDR, role play, guided meditation are all on the table. I find that strengthening the relationship with yourself leads to more fulfilling relationships with others.
Education & Experience
I earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013 and have worked with a diverse clientele ever since.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I worked in schools and community organization for over 15 years. My specialty is youth and their families.
