Jessica Bennett, MA, LPC, CAADC
About Me
You’ve spent years building a life that looks successful on paper, yet internally, you’re still carrying the weight of past experiences, perfectionism, or relational betrayal. Traditional talk therapy has its limits when it comes to the deep-seated 'stuckness' of complex trauma.
I specialize in a 'bottom-up' approach to healing, utilizing EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting. My practice is designed specifically for high-functioning individuals who are ready to move beyond managing symptoms and toward profound, nervous-system-level change.
I am best known for offering EMDR Intensives. Rather than months of 50-minute sessions, my intensive model allows us to do deep, focused work over 2–3 days (or extended 2-hour sessions). This format is ideal for busy professionals who need accelerated progress and a sanctuary to process trauma without the interruption of the weekly 'stop and start.'
Whether you are navigating childhood emotional neglect, complex PTSD, or the aftermath of a major life transition, my goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self. I see clients at my offices in Troy and Farmington Hills, Michigan, as well as virtually for residents across the state.
