About Me

I have always loved to be the person to listen when others are hurting. My passions as a therapist include: -providing support and relief for those who have been impacted by a history or single instance of trauma
-providing insight and support for women experiencing abuse or control in their relationship with an intimate partner
-generally seeking to empower individuals to move toward healing, growth and into a space of self-possession and confidence.

With a background in clinical leadership at Genesis Women's Shelter & Support and New Friends New Life, I have had the pleasure of supporting women with extensive trauma histories reclaim their lives and move into growth and healing.

I live in East Dallas with her wife, kids, and our zoo of animals. I am also a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I am licensed to see clients in Texas and virtually in California & Florida.
