About Me

I am an EMDR therapist specializing in complex trauma and PTSD. I work with adults across the lifespan to address how trauma is showing up for them now, reduce or resolve symptoms, and better cope with life stressors or transitions.

I use EMDR as a central therapeutic tool, incorporating somatic therapy to address how trauma is stored in the body and attachment-based techniques for healing relational wounds. I take an integrative approach that incorporates creative arts and parts work as appropriate to support clients in their healing process and strengthen the mind-body connection.

Education & Experience

I completed my Master of Social Work at Wayne State University, where I focused on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I take a holistic approach and am passionate about the mind-body connection as I find it often comes into play. I have evolved as a trauma therapist since becoming EMDR-trained in 2020 and working toward certification. Advanced training in somatic therapy, dissociation, attachment theory and methods, polyvagal theory and parts work.
