About Me

Hi! My name is Jessica and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist (lic. #141666), EMDRIA-certified trauma therapist, certified perinatal mental health specialist (PMH-C), and Registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator. I focus on helping women, pregnant and postpartum people, and parents of young children heal from painful experiences in order to feel more peaceful and confident in their daily lives and create intergenerational wellness.

I often incorporate parts work/IFS-informed practices, inner child work, somatic therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) into the EMDR process to enhance self-connection, empowerment, and movement of "stuck" sensations in the body. And I work with an attachment, intersectional feminist, and queer-affirming framework.
