About Me
The decision to start therapy can be an empowering first step toward growth, positive change, and healing. Whether you are struggling with self-worth and confidence, feelings of sadness and loneliness, stress, self-identity, intimacy and connection, are feeling overwhelmed by events that are out of your control, or seeking for a deeper meaning, my goal is to help you navigate through those issues and achieve what you most desire out of life. Through providing a safe space, my focus is to promote an empathetic and warm environment in which communication can flow openly and individual/relational needs can be processed. I am passionate about helping individuals, and couples explore ways in which they can reach their goals and become the best versions of themselves. I have a specialized focus in providing EMDR therapy, Gottman Method Couples Counseling, Sex Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
