About Me
Licensed in: DC, MD, VA & TX | Insurance: Out of Network | I'm a psychotherapist who specializes in helping executive leaders navigate difficulties with anxiety, imposter syndrome, and postpartum return to work. As a perinatal mental health specialist, my work with clients include support with pregnancy and postpartum issues, dealing with watching your partner struggle, traumatic birth, miscarriage, infertility, and pregnancy termination. Many employers are not adept with providing assistance with the transition of postpartum return to work. New parents are often left unprepared about how to continue their career and integrate this very personal experience with work. I can help you move past scary thoughts, work through overwhelming feelings, and feel like you have control again. In terms of leadership anxiety and imposter syndrome, business leaders dealing with these concerns have to remember that your emotional state directly impacts your team's performance. These problems can also involve you second guessing yourself and feeling as if you haven't truly earned your place, though you've put in the work and have the credentials. Our work together will help you feel more confident and better attuned to your professional goals so that you can lead without inhibition.
