I provide body-centered care for trauma recovery and wellness. I specialize in meeting with trauma responses using a relational and somatic lens. I help clients build awareness of their mind-body connection, develop compassion for their distressing nervous system patterns, and work to find peace and resolution. I engage collaboratively with my clients to build a warm therapeutic environment to support a release of the pain and movement towards your goals.
