About Me
As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I specialize in treating complex trauma resulting from childhood abuse and neglect, family dysfunction, and relationship trauma. I use an integrative approach, rooted in EMDR therapy, combined with parts work (IFS), polyvagal, and somatic interventions, when necessary, to treat complex cases. I offer both in-person therapy in Forest Hill, MD and virtually throughout Maryland.
My approach is compassionate, personalized, and centered on your safety, pace, and unique healing goals. Together we focus on:
*Healing trauma at its root in the nervous system
*Reducing distressing triggers and emotional reactivity
*Building resilience, self-confidence, and healthier relationships
*Thriving in a life that is authentic to you
With over 12 years experience working in mental health and over 3 years clinical experience healing trauma through EMDR, I guide clients toward lasting relief and emotional freedom, helping them reclaim their authentic selves.
