About Me
I am a therapist in Chestertown, Maryland that assists clients with their mental health and substance use disorder needs in person and online. I specialize in PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorder. I enjoy getting to know clients and tailoring their treatment to their needs. I use EMDR, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing and other techniques based on the client's needs. As a retired first responder, I am well versed in trauma and substance use treatment and the impact they play in the lives of so many people.
