About Me
Hi, I'm glad you are here! It is an honor to walk alongside you in the challenges of life. You will find that I am a calm, consistent, and encouraging presence amidst the chaos. I connect well with teens, young adults, and women facing a wide variety of issues. I have special interest in anxiety disorders, grief and loss, infertility, and adjustment. Other areas of interest include stress, trauma, identity, self-esteem, and Adult Children of Alcoholics. I often have clients share they feel relief, calmer, and more connected with themselves and those they care about. I offer a person-centered and hope-filled perspective as I design the process of therapy around each individual and genuinely believe change is possible. In my free time, I can be found spending time with my family outside hiking, biking, camping, and more. I also enjoy baking cookies (and eating them), trying new foods, and experiences.

I received my MA, Counseling from Cornerstone University with an emphasis in Families. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan and EMDR Certified Therapist through EMDRIA. I earned a BS in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Philosophy and a BS in Ministry with an emphasis in Youth.
