About Me

I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist™ specializing in EMDR Intensives and trauma-focused treatment for adults. I work with trauma, PTSD, and the lasting effects of overwhelming experiences, including accidents, injuries, and traumatic brain injury. My practice also serves healthcare professionals and other helping professionals affected by vicarious trauma, as well as individuals in demanding careers who find that a specific traumatic experience continues to affect their work or personal lives.

EMDR Intensives provide extended, uninterrupted time for treatment and may be scheduled as longer sessions or across multiple days. Treatment is individualized according to your needs, goals, and pace, with careful attention to preparation, trauma processing, and integration. I also provide EMDR within traditional weekly therapy when that format is more appropriate.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and intentional. I offer EMDR Intensives in person in Pasadena and telehealth throughout California and Arizona. Services are available in English and Spanish.
