About Me

Hi, I'm Jess! Starting therapy can be REALLY hard. Making yourself vulnerable to a perfect stranger can feel uncomfortable - especially if you're dealing with sexuality or relationship concerns. I bring my most authentic self to the session, in the hope that you will, too. My hope is that our work together can improve your ability to manage big feelings, empower you with tools to handle life's challenges, and improve communication in your relationships. I've been trained as both a psychotherapist and sexuality educator. I am a Certified Sex Therapist (AASECT). I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community and am a kink and poly affirming therapist. Living in this world is challenging enough; living with emotional distress doesn't make it any easier.
