About Me
You are not broken. You are becoming. The past shapes how we love, grieve, and understand ourselves. If you’ve ever felt caught between expectations, navigating belonging, or carrying unspoken emotions, you are not alone. As a second-generation Asian American, I know our stories are layered—woven with resilience, love, and sacrifice. Culture and family can be sources of strength, yet they may also shape how we connect, protect, and express ourselves. Healing isn’t about letting go of where you come from; it’s about honoring your experiences, understanding their impact, and allowing yourself to grow into who you truly are.
Rooted in psychodynamic, EMDR, and attachment-based approaches, I work with adults, children, couples, and families to explore the narratives shaping their lives. I support the AAPI community in understanding the effects of the past, empowering them through awareness and autonomy. With children, I use play therapy to process emotions and build attachment.
Authenticity is at the heart of healing. I bring my full self into this work—grounded, present, and attuned—and I invite you to do the same. Without judgment, without pretense, we will navigate this journey together. I am here to witness, support, and walk alongside you every step of the way. Let's begin.
