About Me

I'm a single mom to two elementary age daughters. I started a solo practice in 2010 which eventually grew to a group practice specializing in EMDR. I have 10 counselors trained in EMDR & 2 interns also trained in EMDR. I love traveling, the beach, & the color purple. I am trained in using EMDR in the following populations: somatic experiences, grief & loss, dissociation, attachment, children and teens, domestic violence, early childhood trauma, complex trauma, trans-generational trauma, IFS informed EMDR, Parts work, ego states, blocking beliefs, and many other things! I am only offering EMDR Intensives to new clients and offer consultation to my fellow EMDR Therapists. My practice is accepting new clients and all my staff are trained in EMDR!
