About Me
Offering EMDR consultation with an integrative focus on somatic awareness. My approach is collaborative, and attuned, supporting clinicians in building confidence while remaining anchored in the standard EMDR protocol.
Consultation often focuses on the use of somatic interweaves, pacing with complex and developmental trauma, and navigating moments when processing becomes stuck or dysregulated. This space is held for clinicians to think through uncertainty, strengthen case conceptualization, and feel more at ease in applying EMDR interventions—particularly when anxiety, impostor syndrome, or hesitation arises in the work.
The consultation space centers curiosity, clinical depth, and respect for each clinician’s developing style, while maintaining a strong commitment to EMDR fidelity and meaningful, sustainable growth.
Education & Experience
Clinician with advanced training in EMDR, alongside training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and ongoing training in Somatic Experiencing (SEP). Clinical work includes psychotherapy with LGBTQ+ individuals, immigrants, and survivors of interpersonal and systemic trauma.
