Trauma therapist. Wife. Gardener. Musician. And mother to my toddler and dog. I'm trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS-informed therapy, and more traditional therapy modalities such as CBT. My focus in counseling is developing coping skills and processing past trauma to reduce symptoms and improve the quality of life for the people that I serve.
