EMDRIA Certified Therapist™

Online Therapy

About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR Certified Therapist who works primarily with adults. I support clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.
I specialize in EMDR from an attachment-informed lens, which means I do not believe in rushing the process. I take time to understand your history, your relationships, and the patterns that have developed over time and continue to affect your life today.
EMDR is more than processing a difficult memory. Before moving into trauma processing, I focus on building coping skills, resources, and a sense of safety. Treatment moves at a pace that feels manageable and appropriate for you.
I hope to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we make sense of what brings you to therapy.

Education & Experience

I earned my Master of Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from the University of Southern California and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. I have worked in the mental health field since 2009 and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California since 2017.
My professional experience includes outpatient individual and group psychotherapy, inpatient psychiatric care, crisis intervention, and clinical supervision. Prior to focusing primarily on outpatient therapy, I worked extensively with individuals experiencing complex and severe mental health concerns in hospital and community-based settings.
I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and currently specialize in attachment-informed EMDR and psychotherapy with adults.
