About Me

Since 2010, I have worked extensively with those who are feeling "stuck" in the cycle of poor self-perceptions, dysfunctional patterns in relationships, self-sabotaging behaviors, and cultural identity challenges. In my experience, most of these issues are attributable to unresolved, emotionally impactful (or traumatic) childhood and family experiences.

My passion for EMDR grew out of watching how effective it has been in providing the relief and healing experience that many of my clients had desired in order to move forward in their lives.

My practice is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and I am able to provide EMDR therapy through telehealth all across Nevada and California. Telehealth has widened the access for many clients to experience the benefits of EMDR therapy.

I also offer EMDR Intensives for clients who want to focus on specific traumatic events in a concentrated format — sessions can range from 90 minutes up to 3 hours in a single day. There will be a discussion prior and arrangement for what this time will focus on to target certain events so that you can find more immediate relief.

Fees and insurance coverage as of 8/10/26:
Nevada- Accepting Aetna and BCBS of Nevada.
California- Accepting Aetna only. Unable to accept BCBS of California.

I am out-of-network with other insurances, which means that you pay for sessions directly, and I provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary by plan, so it is worth calling your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before you book.
