About Me

I love to work with individuals and couples going through life transitions, understanding their personalities, emotional professionalism, healing from trauma, and marital counseling. I use a variety of modalities to include DBT, EMDR, Gottman for couples, and CPT for trauma. I am particularly sensitive to the needs of military couples as a veteran's spouse.
