Mrs. Jocelyn Tripp, M.A. Counselling, R.P.
About Me
I offer a warm, empathetic, and clear communication style to help you feel supported and understood from the very first session. As your therapist, my role is to walk alongside you—whether you’re navigating depression, trauma, anxiety, or a significant life transition—and help you move toward meaningful healing and change. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and deeply compassionate—rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and empowered. I look forward to working with you both in-person and virtually! Contact me for more information through a free consultation or book a session.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling and bring over 10 years of therapeutic experience to my work. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a Basic EMDR Trained Therapist. Throughout my career, I have supported children, adolescents, women, and families through a wide range of challenges, including complex trauma (with particular focus on medical trauma), grief and loss (such as infant or parental loss), high-conflict divorce, school-related concerns, parent coaching, interpersonal challenges, sexual identity, anxiety, and depression. I also work with couples seeking to strengthen communication and connection, as well as individual adults looking for a safe, grounded space to explore their emotional well-being.
