About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist who offers psychotherapy and EMDR. I empower clients to work through matters such as PTSD, sexual abuse, LGBTQIA* issues, sexuality/ intimacy issues, sexual dysfunctions, mood and anxiety disorders, and parent child relationships. My approach is strength-based, embodied, experiential, creative, and non-judgmental. I love this work because I help people live happily in their own skin and work through mental blocks and trauma so that they may fully enjoy life! I offer an open, creative, and positive space for all types of people. You should always feel comfortable being your true self when in therapy! I welcome non-traditional families and people who live alternative lifestyles. My practice is sex-positive and I am kink/poly aware and LGBTQIA* affirming.
