About Me
My approach is to build a foundation of self-compassion and acceptance to open pathways to self-exploration and insight. I works to create a safe and authentic environment where clients can bring all aspects of their lives into focus.
Education & Experience
I earned his Bachelor of Social Work with the University of Windsor and his Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist as well I hold an Addictions Certificate from Wilfrid Laurier University. My prior experience includes working alongside Police on a First Response Crisis Team, as well as mental health crisis, addictions, and court diversion teams. John works with individuals with a focus on mental health, trauma, grief, addictions, and anger management.
