· Oversight and supervision for 2 Supportive Scatter Site Teams which includes both Forensic/Criminal Justice Reentry and mentally ill/veteran residents.

· Direct supervision of 2 Program Supervisors, and their subordinate staff of 10 team members.

· Daily oversight for a harm reduction philosophy emergency homeless shelter for HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, and mental illness, under the supervision of the Director of Operations. On call for 24-hour operations, which includes security and building services.

· Lead and motivate a team of case managers, housing specialist, substance abuse/mental and health/vocational counselors to go the extra mile for clients, and to provide on-site services and link clients with needed community-based services such as housing providers, medical, chemical dependency and/or mental health treatment.

· Develop, implement and evaluate program service delivery to clients' needs. Produce internal/external monthly and annual reports. Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations. Develop/maintain professional, collaborative relationships with community–based providers, agency and HASA staff.

· Managed operations of 3 Scatter Site Supportive Housing programs for those affected by homelessness, HIV/AIDS, mentally illness, and substance abuse/addiction issues.

· Collaborated with VP of HIV/AIDS Programs and Quality Improvement to ensure quality service delivery.

· Responsible for HRA-HASA Transitional Housing Program, including staff management, development, and implementation of program enhancements.
