About Me

Hello and welcome! My name is Johnna Donnelly, in Warrendale, Pa. I believe that nothing is more important than that you feel good. My counseling approach stems from that belief. I specialize assisting people of all ages heal from problematic/stressful life events. If you want to "get unstuck" and move forward please contact me. Since, there is no one size fits all approach to counseling, I offer a variety of healing styles that can accommodate your needs and goals for counseling. Specializing in EMDR Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Age Regression Therapy, CBT, and DBT. These therapeutic modalities are geared toward helping you heal. Education & Experience

I have years of experience assisting individuals with their therapy goals and I specialize in EMDR and trauma disorder therapy. However, I work with all mental health disorders including anxiety/depression, transitional life changes, grief/loss, and weight loss therapy. My educational background consists of a M.S.E from Youngstown State University and a B.S.N from Penn State University. Also, I hold certifications in Hypnotherapy from the National Guild of Hypnotists and the Rose Heart Institute.
