Jonathan practices with a client-centered approach and believes that warmth, empathy and respect are integral in cultivating a growth-fostering environment for clients to feel seen, understood and valued. He acknowledges that all behavior has meaning, and this principle can offer personal awareness and empowerment to authentically re-author one’s direction in life. Jonathan utilizes EMDR and attachment-based therapy to holistically augment the client’s personal growth and wellness.
Education & Experience
B.A. in Psychology from UC Davis M.A. in Counseling from Saint Mary's College of California 10+ years working with children and adolescents with neurodivergence and behavior disorders. Specialize in treating Anxiety, Depression and PTSD.
