My specialties are centered on supporting individuals & their loved ones with value guided living, life transitions, cancer care support, grief & loss, and trauma. Also, I have experience with anxiety, depression, and supporting people that are members of communities which include LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and healthcare & military professionals.
