About Me
I am a warm, compassionate and relational therapist specializing in working with complex trauma, PTSD, and attachment issues. My goal is to help my clients experience clarity and relief from the past. I use a blend of attachment focused interventions with an IFS-informed approach to help all parts of self heal.
Education & Experience
I have a Master of Social Work degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. I have worked in residential/detox, PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care in substance abuse & mental health settings. I have primarily been focusing on complex trauma/PTSD and attachment issues since the onset of the pandemic. I also have completed advanced training in attachment and IFS-informed EMDR.
