About Me
I am a relational & systemic therapist specializing in working with individuals struggling with complex trauma, PTSD, and attachment wounds. I treat adolescents through adults using IFS-informed EMDR therapy to help resolve internal distress.
Education & Experience
I received my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. I have experience working in intensive outpatient settings with adolescents through adults with complex co-occurring presentations. My primary modality in practice is Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) with integrating an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed approach.
