About Me
As someone who has sifted through the ashes of my own life in the midst of healers, I know how profoundly sacred the therapeutic relationship is. Beginning trauma treatment can be greatly challenging and it’s brave of you to begin the journey of searching. I offer a compassionate presence that can hold the depth of your pain and understand the resilience it takes to heal. I provide a space where you will feel heard, seen, and supported as you navigate your unique path to recovery. Together, we'll use EMDR, parts work, yoga, and somatic practices to unlock profound, lasting change, moving from merely surviving to truly thriving.
Education & Experience
My clinical experience was gained under the mentorship of a leading expert in trauma and dissociation research. Driven by a passion for continuous learning, I have pursued advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Ego State Therapy, and Trauma Model Therapy Certification (Ross Institute). I deeply value personal growth, recognizing lived experiences as my most profound teacher. I believe a therapist's effectiveness is rooted in their commitment to their own inner work. My expertise includes EMDR therapy, particularly in complex PTSD (CPTSD) and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). It would by an honor to partner with you in a holistic path.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I am a member of EMDRIA as well as the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISST-D) and hold volunteer positions with them. I am frequently under the mentorship, training, or consultation of one of the experts in the field as it relates to trauma and dissociation.
