About Me

The men I work with often feel trapped—trapped within themselves. They struggle to communicate their emotions to the people around them. Sometimes, they’re not even sure what they’re feeling anymore. They feel caught between the image of who they want to be—who their families, partners, and children expect them to be—and the person they experience themselves to be each day.

I believe these struggles are not the result of personal failure, but of messages from our culture, society, media, and sometimes family that have left many men feeling crushed and disconnected from themselves. To help you reconnect and find your strength, I use approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR. Together, we work to help you understand yourself more deeply, heal old wounds, and move toward becoming the man you believe you can be—even if that version looks different than you originally imagined.
While much of my work focuses on men, I am experienced in working with people of all gender identities facing a wide range of challenges. I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma—whether or not that word resonates with you. If “trauma” doesn’t quite fit, we can simply call it the hard sh*t you’ve been through. Many of the people I work with have experienced complex relational wounds stemming from earlier life experiences. I also work with individuals navigating grief and loss, whether related to death or other significant life changes. I invite you to reach out and begin or pick up on your healing journey.
