I am a Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU School of Medicine. I have over 13 years of clinical experience working with individuals and couples. I am trained in multiple evidence based therapies, including CBT, CBTi, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), EMDR, harm reduction, mindfulness-based therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I will work collaboratively with you to provide therapy that is effective and in line with your goals and values. I am a member of the Trauma Program at NYU Langone. We offer specialized outpatient treatment for people who have experienced trauma, such as physical and sexual assault, childhood abuse, natural disasters, accidents, or the loss of a loved one.
