About Me
I graduated from Ohio University in 2006 and have had the opportunity to work with people across a wide range of settings and life circumstances. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on the many ways that life experiences, relationships, environments, and past trauma can influence how we think, feel, and respond to the world around us.
A particular area of my clinical focus is helping individuals navigate relationship challenges that may be rooted in attachment trauma. Our earliest relationships can have a lasting impact on how we understand ourselves, how we experience trust and emotional intimacy, and what we expect from others. When those early experiences involve inconsistency, rejection, abandonment, betrayal, emotional disconnection, or other forms of relational trauma, they can sometimes create patterns that continue into adult relationships.
