About Me

My clients describe me as someone they feel safe and comfortable with, someone they feel they can trust, and someone that genuinely cares for them. I help anxious and overwhelmed adults learn how to manage their feelings better so that they can feel more in control again. I help perfectionists and high achievers learn how not to be their own biggest enemy so that they can reach their potentials. I help people pleasers and self doubters learn how to truly respect and trust themselves just like how they show up for others. Most importantly, I help all clients explore and address the root of their struggles so that they can achieve long-term healing.
