Hello! My name is Judith (Judy). I’m a bilingual mental health psychotherapist and founder of Monarchs Therapy, a virtual mental health therapy practice in California. I specialize in treating trauma-related disorders (everything from acute stress to complex PTSD) as well as anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. My other specialties include issues related to personal growth, life transitions, and interpersonal/ relationship conflict. My aim is to help you achieve emotional healing and well-being through an integrative, client-centered, compassionate, culturally-informed, and evidenced-based therapeutic approach that is relevant to your specific needs and goals.
